Q. Are you licensed and insured?

A. Yes, Owners, trucks and employees are fully licensed and insured.

Q. What do you do with the junk?

A. We aim to be as environmentally-friendly as we can, so we recycle & donate as much as possible. All other items are hauled to local transfer stations.

Q. Why can’t you remove toxic or hazardous materials?

A. Our trucks and drivers are not currently licensed to carry or transport toxic or hazardous materials. Please contact your local recycling or Waste management hotline for further assistance.

Q. How much does it cost?

A. Our rates are based on volume. So it depends on how much space your junk fills up our truck. Our prices include all labor, hauling and disposal fees so there are no hidden costs. We will provide a free estimate that clearly outlines all prices for you before we begin the job. See our EZ price

Q. Can you give me an exact price over the phone or on-line?

A. Until we see the amount of junk you have, it is often difficult to provide an exact estimate of how much space your junk will fill up our truck. But we will be happy to send someone out there to review your items and provide you with a free estimate.

Q. How big is your truck?

A. The box size of our truck is 12 feet long, 8 feet wide and 5 feet high, or 480 total sq. ft. But more important is how you load the truck. Our friendly crews are professional and experienced. They know how to pack everything in nice and neat.

Q. What payment types do you accept?

A. We accept VISA, Master, Debit card, Cash, and Money orders.

Q. Do I have to be at the site while the job is done?

A. Yes. In most cases, we prefer our customers to be on site. But if you are unable to, our crews can work with you over the phone to establish the terms and conditions of the job. And special arrangements will be made to ensure that the job is completed in the cleanest and safest way.
